Zonar, the leader in smart fleet technology, was recognized as a winner in the Business Intelligence Group’s 2021 Excellence in Customer Service and Artificial Intelligence Excellence programs.
The Artificial Intelligence Excellence program aims to recognize those organizations, products, and people willing to bring artificial intelligence (AI) to life and use it to solve real problems.
Zonar Coach is an intelligent dashcam with real-time, in-cab coaching responsible for commercial trucking safety standards. It makes use of AI for detecting distracted driving behaviors and keeping truck drivers safer on the road.

The Excellence in Customer Service program looks for those companies that achieve business success and growth by giving a helping hand to their customers and developing the tools to support others find success.
The customer success team at Zonar is responsible for building relationships and managing customers. Most of the other companies in the industry provide a base-level customer support system, while Zonar outwits all its limits for facilitating its customers with concierge-level of services.

Different organizations worldwide submitted all their latest innovations and best practices for consideration in the contest.
A selected group of business leaders and executives who were willing to give their time and expertise in score submissions evaluated the nominations.

Zonar’s continuous efforts to increase digitization in vocational, pupil transportation, mass transit, and commercial trucking industries for the past 20 years also made it win an award from Business Intelligence Group’s BIG Innovation Awards earlier this year.
