CrowdStrike Holdings Inc., a cybersecurity firm, has unveiled a strategic partnership with Nvidia Corp. This collaboration seeks to integrate Nvidia’s artificial intelligence computing prowess into the CrowdStrike Falcon XDR platform.

The CrowdStrike and Nvidia partnership entails combining CrowdStrike Falcon data with Nvidia’s GPU-optimized AI pipelines and software, such as Nvidia NIM microservices, and was revealed at the company’s annual GTC conference in San Jose. This integration allows Nvidia and CrowdStrike customers to create secure and customized generative AI models.

As part of the CrowdStrike and Nvidia partnership, CrowdStrike will also use Nvidia accelerated computing, Nvidia Morpheus, and Nvidia NIM microservices to develop and implement large-scale language model-driven enterprise applications. By utilizing the Falcon platform’s contextual data, clients can handle, domain-specific problems. This includes AI-driven applications capable of processing petabytes of archives to proactively defend against emergent exploits and vulnerabilities, detect supply chain attacks, and identify anomalies in user behavior.

The ability to confidently operationalize their choice of AI architectures is another advantage for customers, as is the availability of underlying security data. This swiftly transforms enterprise data into practical insights and actions that promote cost and performance optimizations.

George Kurtz, Co-founder and CEO of CrowdStrike stated, “Our customers from all verticals, segments, and geographies are increasing adoption of AI/ML across their businesses, looking to generative AI for efficiency, speed and innovation. Our collaboration with NVIDIA combines the power of two innovative industry leaders to not only help customers meet and exceed necessary security requirements but also increase adoption of AI technologies for business acceleration and value creation.”

Nvidia’s founder and CEO, Jensen Huang, stated, “Pairing Nvidia accelerated computing and generative AI with CrowdStrike cybersecurity can give enterprises unprecedented visibility into threats to help them better protect their businesses.”
